Optimum Nutrition For Little People Seminar

Who worries about what their kids are eating? Or what they are feeding their kids? There is so much information out there about this subject. Who gets overwhelmed and just gives in to their Childs wines for a soft, plain white roll for dinner? I know we certainly do on some nights. I know there will be consequences later in life but I am not quite sure what those are.

Which is why I am so glad that I shall be going to the Healthy Kids Are Cool Optimum Nutrition For Little People Seminar held this Saturday 5 May in Constantia.

The five expert speakers will give a series of nutrient dense talks that will cover the gut-brain connection, how to feed the micro biome delicious and nutritious prebiotic and probiotic rich  foods, how to boost your little ones immune system this winter, the benefits with gardening with your children and indervidualised  nutrition from a homeopathic perspective.
